The DemandTools Fundamentals badge is comprised of a 60 question test that measures user’s knowledge of the DemandTools Dashboard, high level knowledge of the DemandTools Modules, how to connect to a Salesforce Org, the MyValidity site, highl level knowledge of Validity’s Resources, DemandTools Schedule, and General Settings.

This is a prerequisite for the completion of the DemandTools V Certified Badge and Certificate.
