1102-Email Essentials – Intermediate

After you have studied the two modules in this course you should have the knowledge and ability to deliver a presentation on these modules.

Create a presentation that includes a quick overview of:

What is list hygiene
Why is list hygiene important
Best practices for list hygiene

Include information about what GDPR is and how does it affect Validity’s clients in term of email list validation.

The presentation should be no longer than 10 min and can be done via Power Point. You need to record a video delivering the presentation and upload it into LMS by selecting the topic below. The video will be reviewed, and you will receive feedback from your manager/peers.
Alternatively, you can schedule time with your manager to deliver the presentation. The assessment needs to be done within 10 days of completion of this course.

Reputation Monitoring Profiles

The presentation should be no longer than 10 min and can be delivered via video and using our Demo account. You need to upload a video of yourself delivering the presentation within 10 days of completion of this course. Upload and submit the video by selecting the topic below. Talk to your manager if you have any problems uploading a video which should be less than 150MB in size.

Complete and submit the following assignment:

Make a list of closed-ended questions that will come up during your conversations with customers.
Change all of those closed-ended questions to open ended questions.
Upload the file and wait for approval from your manager. The file can be in one of these formats .pdf, .docx, or .doc.
